Great feedback. Does the sleep on it app recognize which level of sleep you are in or do I manually put that in later which is implied in your response above (how would anyone know what level of sleep they were in?)

Sleep on It is an app we have for iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, iPod) and it doesn't help you sleep better, but does track your sleep so that you can identify problems with your sleep, so you can perhaps make changes that will help.
We also have a Sleep Tracker here on the site if you'd like to track your sleep -

Hi there -
You can use the Go to Bed and I'm Awake feature to track your sleep, or you can go back and add an entry after. Some instructions are listed below:
To add a sleep entry after the event:
1. Tap “My Sleep” at the bottom of the screen.
2. Select the calendar icon in the top left of the screen. (The icon resembles a notepad with a ‘7’ on it).
3. Tap the date you want to add a sleep entry to.
4. Select ‘Add a sleep entry’.
5. Enter the start time, end time, sleep quality and sleep phase and press ‘Edit’ in the top left when done.
6. Add a mood, symptoms, treatments or events if you want.
7. Press ‘Save’ in the top right of the screen.
Editing data -
