I Need Help in Recovering Deleted Information

I accidently hit the delete tracker button for my food diary and now it erased everything.  How can I undo
this so that my information comes back? Or do I have to start all over? Thanks, Kim

Oohh it looks as if some data has appeared in your tracker now.

Scroll through the weeks and see if things are missing.  You can also scroll through the days if you think some things are missing.  Just click on Food Diary to see the days.

Hi there -

Thanks, but we are checking into it.  Can you do me a favor?  In the app, can you tap on Settings, then Support, and just note that I have been talking to you on the site, and send the email?  That will allow us to see what version you use, etc.

Thanks!

Hi Kim -

I'm going to check this for you.  Do you also use one of our mobile apps?  You can enter your user name and password in that, and your data should appear on our site.
