Hi there -

If you have started having log in issues on Tuesday night/Wednesday - Oct 9 or 10, please know that we are working on the issue.

If you could, please just let me know here by posting in this thread. Let us know exactly what is happening, and we are really sorry this is happening.

You might also want to try another browser. Many members are reporting that if it doesn't work in one browser, it does in another.

Emily I started having problems on weds evening on my iPhone that uses safari, I would log in, it would say successfully logged in and then bring me right back to the log in screen again over and over. So I logged into my laptop that uses Internet  explorer and had the same problem. I did try the link last night no luck.
I have been able to log on sometimes for a few minutes as I am now but will get kicked off quickly. Thanks for trying to get this fixed. I miss

   I am still getting logged out I use goggle. I tried google chrome and it went through so I am so afraid of being logged out I just keep it on. Anyway on google it won't let me on regularly, I try like 10 times and out of the 10 times I sometimes get on.

   I just wanted to thank you for your prompt responses, I feel for the people who can't get on at all it is frustrating. Anyway my point is this web site is a huge part of my day not until this happened did I realize this. I treasure my time here and I appreciate all who are helping to resolve this issue.    It locked me out again I minimized the screen did some errands when I pulled the screen up it was logged out again, it never used to do that. Anyway I put my password in first time would not log on, second time it did. I can't PM you if I am locked out, that is what is frustrating. I sent a message when I was locked out before, I think an email but nobody responded, anyway I know you are trying Emily, I have been here a long while, I appreciate all you dol

Thank you for responding to me. Emily I am very frustrated with this issue. It started today and I spent a crazy amount of time getting a new password. After you told me to go to settings I did and put my old password in and then tried it and was locked out with both passwords. Anyway as I got really frustrated I finally tried one last time with old password and it worked, however not sure what will happen again. This web site is my saving grace I need it, I am terribly frustrated!!!!!!

Waterview - did this just start happening, or has it been an ongoing issue? You can change your password by clicking on Account Settings. If this is not a new issue since Tuesday of this week, feel free to send me a private message about it.

Another thing that is aggravating at MedHelp is when this happened I sent two emails asking about why, as of yet I never got a response. What good is it to contact MedHelp through their help or contact us if they don't respond? Unless you have someone's private email addy to inform a moderator that your having problems you just out of luck.

BTW I should add once I was able to log in I sent a message to Emily about this and she was fast to respond.......

I am having trouble logging on, says my password is incorrect. I had to change it which is annoying as it is not something I will remember. Will I eventually be able to use it with my correct password?

I know someone who is having difficulty, but she can't log in, to post here.  She did get in via Mozilla, but said it was horribly slow and the text was so small she could barely see it, so she's out of the site, until this gets resolved.

Mine started yesterday, one minute I was logged in and the next I was not. After clicking on the log in page and entering my user name and password and clicking to log in submitting came up, wheel started spinning then nothing. Started the process over again with the same results. Later yesterday evening I had no problems logging in. Then this morning it was doing the same thing, this afternoon no problem.......
