Irritable Bowel Syndrom/Bowel Movement Tracker

I was recently diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome. A tracker would really help me in pinpointing the things that make it worse and the things that make it better and to identify any patterns. Right now I am using the Menstration tracker because my IBS is a problem before and after my period starts, and this tracker has a mark for constipation and diarrhea, but a tracker specifically for bowel movements would be better. To mark diarrhea, constipation, bloating, gas, meds & treatments taken, events that might be stressful or foods that might cause problems, etc.
Thanks.

Thanks for the suggestion. We're actively working on a gastrointestinal health tracker and this tracker would include IBS symptoms and bowel movements. We'll let you know when it's available.

Thanks,

Also to mark how many bowel movements and what they were like. I know it's kinda gross & all, but it would help.
