Lab Result Tracker, MELD tracker. Glucose for Diabetics

This would be important for tracking meds and results from blood tests for those on treatment for HEP C as well as Kindney disease (GFR, etc) and Transplant patients.

Maybe a meld score tracker for those awaiting transplant with some links to their OPO data from Unos so they can see wher they stand within the OPO, state and region sorted by blood type. These reports are custome= configurable from UNOS.

I think there are multiple tools from the ADA and other resources to help diabetics track their control preprandial and post prandial. May they could be published here or linked to.

We recently launched the Hepatitis C Tracker which allows members to track their lab results as it pertains to that condition.
