MY Cycles App - how do i access the date on my computer?

Are you able to log in with the other account? If you are, just logout of this account, and login with the other.

I am very concerned about retrieving or downloading the data of my cycle and fertile days.  Yes, "joyella " is a user name of mine,  somehow the phone made that account..how do i access it on my computer?

Hi there -

It looks like you have another account, joyella, which has all your info. Are you able to log into that account? If you need us to reset the password, we can do that.

If you can confirm that is your other name, I'll send you a PM about resetting the password, and it appears there is a typo in your email, which I can fix.

How do i access the DATA....i don't believe it is lost.  You must have it stored somewhere on your website.  Please assist.
