yes, allergies are something I think would be good to track on the dysautonomia tracker as they can irritate eachother in a cyclical way.

Yes, ovulation and menstration both contribute due to changes in hormones effecting blood pressure.  Menstration is already on there, but Ovulation isn't.

Hi Jess -

Per your other post about adding allergy shot or allergy meds, do either of these increase symptoms or affect it in any way, or is it something you'd like to track?
