Mobile help

I am trying to upload a picture but the choose file button isn't showing up. When I tried to go into mobile medhelp it said it was unavailable for this mobile device. Did something change? I have never had this issue before.

Hi there -

I am seeing the same thing on my iPhone, so I will let the engineers know.  What iOS does your phone have, and what iPhone are you using?

To find your iOS, tap on Settings on your phone, then General, then About.  Scroll a bit to find Version, and the number next to it is your iOS.

Thanks, and we apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

I am using safari on my iPhone. I have posted things plenty of times this way so this is weird that it won't let me now. Thanks for your help!

Hi, heather3673,

I'd like to pass this on to our engineers so that you can get an answer quickly, but need a little more information:

Which app are you using?
What mobile device are you using?

Thanks!

Claire
