Exercise Tracker — Calf Raises

When I enter calf raises into the exercise tracker, it has a field for "reps"; however, I do not do calf raises in reps. I do endurance calf raises, where I hold the calf raise for as long as I can (currently 50 minutes), non-stop. What should I put in for reps, or should I put anything in that field at all?

Also, before I found calf raises in the list of exercises in the settings, I used to enter it as "calf exercises". Should I change that data to calf raises, or should I leave it as it is?

Thanks.

Hi there -

I don't think there are any definitive answers for this, and that it's more important to figure out what you want to measure, and be consistent with that. You can leave the reps blank and just add minutes, or there is also a field for calf exercises, where you can add minutes. It will give you a "calorie burned" total, but you can delete that if you'd like, or leave it.

I'm sorry it's so vague of an answer, but it's really up to you.
