Not able to access my profile page

Would someone please help or if you know any thing i could do to access my profile page. It keep coming up with "sorry, an error has occured" or something along those lines. I have sent a message in the 'contact us' thing, but they have not yet responded. If you try and access my profile page you will see you will not be abl to get through either. I am not sure what is wrong... I hadent been on MH for a while before about a week ago, and when i come back on this happens. I would really like to get to my profile page...
Any ideas?

Yes that's fine... No rush....
There is nothing 'important' that I want to do on my profile necessarily, its just others are not able to access my profile to help me on some questions I have posted, or give me advice in some areas because of this...
But it's alright, I will wait. Thank you very much.

I'm not sure we can offer a timeline on this right now. Is there anything you are wanting to do on your profile? If you go to your home page, you should be able to access most of what is on your profile page.

I also have gotten a strange error message when I've tried to go to her page.  So, I don't think others can access her page either.
