Not getting updates emailed to me--again

For some reason the past couple of days I have not received the email updates from Medhelp.  I'm getting reminders for updating the trackers, but not the updates of the newest posts in the forums that I belong to.  With as many forums as I belong to, there is no way this would be because there is no activity in those forums or groups.  I checked to see if the emails accidentally went to the spam folder.  They didn't.  This sure seems puzzling and peculiar to me.

Our engineers recently did a site update to address some glitches, which may have had a role in this issue.  I'll let them know you've had problems, but I'm hopeful that you're receiving emails again now.  Would you let us know?  Thanks!
