Sleep Tracker App Suggestions

I'm a brand new user and this may sound silly but can a 'flashlight' button (iPhone 4) be incorporated next to the alarm button that I can just tap when I have to get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom so I don't have to turn on the full room light/lamp? The full one seems to keep me awake longer when I get back in bed.

Also, can there be a selection of darker colors for the clock numbers, like blue, green or purple, so the clock doesn't project quite so bright a light during sleep time? I discovered the ability to swipe the screen with my finger to make it darker but even then the numbers are still really bright for me and I don't need quite THAT much contrast if I just want to glance at the time. Are either of these updates possible?

Thanks,

-Ang

Hi, Jbarrat,

You'd just need to put the iPhone anywhere within reach -- that way, you can tell it you're going to bed, lying awake, snoozing, and add any comments.  If you have any other questions, you can send them via the app itself, by clicking "settings" and then "support".

I'm a new user and I need basic info about the 'sleep on it' app. Where do I put the iphone? On a wristband, beside me on the bed, on a table near the bed? I'm surprised this info isn't readily available. A FAQ sheet would do wonders...thanks!
