See some good changes!

I see that our input was taken into consideration, yay!  I like the number of PMs showing up next to the "My MH" tab, so now you can see how many PMs you have from any page!  Thank you!  That was definitely not user friendly.  I also see that the drop down menu for our communities has been cleaned up a bit, easier to read, and it made the menu a little smaller.  Anything else that was changed?

Have you guys considered a bulletin board, (could be a regular forum)  where you could post announcements on changes to the site?  I think that would be good, and if you could give the members a little heads' up, in the form of a banner on top (like you use for when the site will be down) that there is new info on site changes on the bulletin board....that would be good.  It's sometimes easier to adapt when you kind of know what you're looking for.  I think it's a good idea!!

I have a question. My new tab shows 1 message at all times, but, when I go to the messages, there is none unread.  Any idea on how I can fix this?  Thanks!!

I just logged back in and all is well...the number is right next to the MyMH tab.
This is a perfect "fix" and thanks to all.

Nursegirl6572 and Dee1956, we can make announcements about any changes here since it's a pretty high profile board.  Dee, you mentioned the "law of unintended consequences" and it's true -- we do depend on you all to let us know how the changes affect you, for better or worse, so keep 'em coming. :)

I'm not seeing this...MyMH tab doesn't have any number next to it. And I had messages this morning which I found by going to MyMedHelp page....

I'm going to log off and then back in...maybe that's the problem...

I agree with you. I am happy to see that we once again have a way to see if we have any messages.
Also you suggestion is good for letting us know of any changes so there is less confusion, less complaints.
I do wonder if the problem is that they have to enter updates, when this happens changes occur they did not anticipate so they don't know until we tell them.  Of course I could be wrong.  Just trying to look at the other side :)
