messages forwarded to my gmail account?!

Hi,

I have my medhelp account automatically forward messages to my gmail account, which is my regular email.

I just noticed that a recent message I recieved here at medhelp never was forwarded to my gmail account, like it always is. My question is, would this be a flaw with my gmail account, or is it possible that it is a flaw with with medhelp?

Sorry, i hope you can understand my question,

Thanks,
Ash

Thank you Emily!

The reason why I was concerned is because I have had some security issues with my gmail account, but it's good to know that it may have very well been an error with medhelp.

Thanks :)

Hi there -

We've had some technical issues with emails, but they should be fixed.  Let us know if it happens again, but if it doesn't, I'd say it was the issues we've been having.

Sorry about that!

It was just one particular message that never made it to my gmail account. It was a private message from a friend on here (medhelp). I always get my private messages forwarded automatically from medhelp to my gmail. But this one particular message never made it!

Additionally, I checked my medhelp status and it says that I have all messages automatically go to my gmail account.

I am concerned about this because I believe my gmail is hacked, but I want to make sure it is not a possibility that it happened on medhelps end!

Thanks,
Ash

Hi Ash,

Is it all messages now or just a particular message, like newsletters or private message notifications?
