Post order

Make the most recent post in a thread be the first post.
It is monotonis  to have to scroll through 12, 20, 35 posts to see if any new posts have been added to your thread.

If you hit the post that appears by the question rather than the whole question, it just pulls up that last post and you can scroll backwards through more current posts.  This works for sure on the pc.  Example, if I just wanted to read the last post on this thread, I would hit where it said "Emily" and it would pull up her post.  So, then you are at the more current posts.  Does that make sense?  This is what I do on very long threads that have a new post added so I don't have to work my way down --  I go straight to it.

Hi there -

On your phone, if you tap on the 3 short horizontal bars in the upper right corner, you'll see a menu appear. Tap on Full Site, and you should land on your home page. From there, you can choose Watch List on the left side of the screen, and see the latest updates to your threads.

Also, while on the full site, on your home page, if you choose Account Settings, the screen you'll land on is Email Notification Preferences. You can change the frequency of when you get watch list updates if you wish.

I hope this helps.

Hi there -

You can check your watch list to see if there are any new responses on your threads. If you go to your My MedHelp page (also called your home page), and click on your Watch List in the Applications widget on the left hand side of the page, you can check to see when the last post was made.

I also checked your settings, and noticed that your settings are set to not receive emails when your watch list has updates. That's fine, but that could also be another way you are alerted to changes. You could set it to once a day, rather than as it happens, if you don't want too many emails. That's obviously a personal choice, but I wanted to let you know it's an option.

I will pass your suggestion on to our developers for you, and thanks for taking the time to pass your feedback on! We appreciate it.

Emily
