Printing out MyCycles summary for doctor?

Hi, I would like to print out a summary of my data from my MyCycles app (I recall seeing something saying that I could from the MedHelp site, back when I got the app), but now that I'm here, I can't figure out how. Help, please?

Hi there,
There have been a few updates to the site since this post, so there are a few different steps- here's how to add a tracker:
Scroll over the "Health Tools" option at the top of any page.
Click on the "Devices and Apps" option.
Click on "Trackers"
Select the Menstrual Cycle Tracker
Click on the green "Track Your Progress" button on the upper right side of that page and follow the prompts to set up the tracker.

Hope that helps!

I am also trying to print a MyCycle summary, but when I get to step 4, nothing happens. It just reloads the same "home" page.

Hi there -

To do this, you will need to set up your trackers, and then print. If you are showing your doctor, most likely everything you need will be in the Ovulation tracker, but you can print from each one. When you sync My Cycles, it sets up the Menstrual tracker, Ovulation tracker, and Mood tracker.

1 - Log on to www.medhelp.org from a computer or device with the internet

2 - On your home page, please go to "My Health Feed" (you may have to scroll down a bit to find it)

3 - If data is shown in your Health Feed, you should see a chart icon to the right of all the items

4 - Click on the chart icon, and it will open your tracker

5 - Follow the prompts to set up your tracker

6 - At the top of your tracker, you should see other shaded icons for your other trackers

7 - Click on each one and follow the prompts to set those up

When you are finished setting it up (which is super easy), go to My MedHelp at the top right of every page and choose Trackers (if you are already on the Trackers page, just skip this step).  Click on the Ovulation Tracker, and you can view charts and your progress.

To print, click on Actions in the upper right corner of the tracker, and choose Print.

Let us know if you need further assistance.
