Privacy Settings - link broken?

When viewing my mood tracker I went to the Actions Pull-Down Menu and selected change privacy.  This takes me to the People page?  

P.S. After several attempts, I finally found where I could change my Privacy Settings.  Just thought I should let someone know.

If it isn't working, what browser do you use - Firefox, IE, Chrome, on a Mac, etc?
