You would pay using a credit card in the same manner. I am fairly certain your credit card company will make the conversion for you during the process but if you wish to know in advance, $15 USD = 9.085 GBP.

If you live in the UK how does it work with currency $15 what is the cost in £ and how do you pay? perhaps I have missed the info somewhere.
