SCREEN VIEW

For some reason, you cannot manipulate the little slider at the top of the tracker so as to be able to get the current date in the center of the page, especially when you trying to print the graph! The arrows on both ends of the graph "warp speed" you a year ahead or back. And I can't get the arrows on each end of the little control to advance or decrease the time period for the graph. For some reason, it seems you are always stuck with the right edge of the graph re-position so the current day or date you are dealing with is just to the right, off the page where you can't see it or print it on the same page.

Can you fix this or is it something I'm doing or not doing?

Hi there -

This is a bug in IE.  Perhaps you can use another browser (Opera, Firefox, Chrome, etc) until we get this fixed?

Thanks for letting us know!

Hi Emily,

Thank you for responding so quickly to my question.

I usually access MedHelp on my PC at home which has Windows XP and currently I am using OPERA as my browser.

But, it seems I have the same problem on my laptop AND my PC at work.

Hope this helps,
BUCKrider

Also, can you tell me which browser and OS you use?  (Firefox, IE, Chrome, etc., and Windows 7, XP, Mac, etc.)

Thanks,

Emily

Hi there -

Is this happening with all of your trackers, or one specifically?

Thanks,

Emily
