Unable to submit User Name Change

I was Unable to submit a User Name Change, as my current e-mail address was not accepted ( the one I receive all

the notifications from MedHelp) and the same with an alternate e-mail address that I used.

All the required fields were filled properly and I attempted submitting several times without success.

Would you please be kind enough to advise me how to go about this?

Hi, Niko and quitin,

It looks like the form may be adding a space at the beginning of the email address supplied in the form.  I'm reporting this as an issue, but in the meantime, would you see if there's a space you can remove from the very beginning of the email address field, and then try resubmitting the form?  Thanks!

Perhaps the medhelp techies can be informed, so they can fix this "glitch".

I have the same problem, I tried to use the "Contact Us" form and it keeps saying p"Please enter a valid email address" I get emails about posts to my email account registered with MH and just wanted to ask a question but the form will not let me. Please help
