Why haven't they fixed this app?!
Is anyone else fed up with app jumping around when you hit the go back link? It's getting to the point that I only use it about once a week...mostly to check if they've fixed it.
I do apologize that you've continued to have difficulties on the app. Just to make sure, have you had a chance to follow the directions Claire listed above on how to submit a ticket to our app team?
Feel lucky..I brought up how I can't even get on via the app on my cell over a month ago and still no fixes.

The quickest way to get help is to email our support team directly from the app. To do this, just tap on "Settings" (if you're on an iPhone, tap the 3 bars at the top of the screen; if you're on Android, tap "Settings" at the bottom of the screen). Then click "Support".
Be sure to say "yes" when you're asked if you want to send data -- this allows us to check things out from our end, including your data, your app version, and the type of device you're using.
If you can, please include the information you posted here, as well as any other specifics. This will cut down on back-and-forth emails, and let us get down to problem-solving right away.

I feel the same way it make me not want to read the post sometomes. I loved this app because of the community
Very annoying..... I don't go past the first page of posts anymore. Needs to be fixed asap.

Plus I think when people unknowingly reply to old posts they keep coming up even more often...
Yes, hit back button and it goes to older post. When I hit back to community it goes back like I never posted a reply.
I'm fed up too! Its just automatic to click the back button. It's got to the point where now I only look at the first page of posts because I got sick of having to click on the community again to scroll back to where I was upto. It has affected how often I come on here too :/
