Menses in the Mood tracker but not pain?

I was wondering why there is a spot regarding your menstrual cycle in the mood tracker and not the pain tracker? As I have Fibromyalgia and Endometriosis, both causing pain, but the pain tracker doesn't have a real good area to tracker when pain is due to menstruation.
