computer issues on site....

I've been having some intermittent problems the last few days...when I click on a page change such as going from one site to another or to a profile the page just keeps trying to load...sometimes will work after a minute but there have been occasions when I needed to log off than back on again, this isn't happening anywhere other than Medhelp so I know its not a computer issue....
anyone else having similar problems?

Can you clear your cookies and then try it?  Sometimes a file gets corrupt and it will reuse those to load a page, so the error just keeps happening.

Let me know.

it only happens on MH and its intermittent, will happen for a day than not again for a few...been good here for a few days now, so hard to pinpoint the reason.
not sure which version I'm using(?) but have done updates as they are available.

It may be the version of FF that you're using -- I had problems with v14.1 hogging memory and taking forever to load pages, but the v15 beta version seems to have fixed those issues.  There are other risks with using beta versions of anything, though. :/

Hi everyone -

Is this still happening for everyone?  What browser are you using?

Thanks,

Emily
