how do I generate reports and statistics from my trackers?

How do I generate reports and statistics from my trackers? Or export information to an excel document?

Sure -- just use the arrows on the graphs to get to the screen you want to print, and then mouse over the "AddDataActions" link.  You'll see a dropdown list that gives you the option to print, and will show you a preview before you do so.

Thanks for your reply. I guess for now is there a way to print out a month's worth of my food diary and exercise, sleep, and mood diary to bring to a nutritionist? I don't have that much data yet though.

What sort of reports/statistics are you looking for?  Any specifics you could give us would be helpful!  :)
