my cycles plus upgraded but information does not sync?

Hi, I've been using my cycles on the iphone for a while now.
I've now created an account on MedHelp to sync my data.
I upgraded to my cycles plus on the iphone but saw that the data from the original free app "my cycles" data in "My Calendar" isn't syncd at all to the new app.

I can see my BBT temperatures under Communities Tracker on both apps, but can't see the BBT chart on the newly upgraded app nor the information on "My Calendar".

What am i doing wrong here? I understand this should normally work ?

Thanks,

additional info from our apps team:

Be prepared to wait a few moments or potentially minutes for the data to sync down.  And again, let us know if it works!

Hi there -

You'll need to log out, fully close the app, open it again, and log in, and your data should appear.

To fully close it:

Try closing the app totally.  To do this:

1 - Double tap the "home" button (at the bottom of your device, it's what you use to close a screen or app)

2 - You should see a row of icons pop up, and tap and hold on the icon for My Diet Diary

3 - When you see the - sign appear on the corner, tap that

4 - Tap the "home" button again

5 - Open the app and log in

Let us know if that works.

We are hoping to have an update released next week that fixes this and some crashes, but you should be good after trying this.

Thanks,

Emily

I have a similar problem. I have been using My Cyles for years but on the last update I lost all my previous data. I have turned on the syncing with my username and password but it only seems to be working from my iPhone to the site but not the other way around. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Hi there -

Have you entered your user name and password into the My Cycles+ app?

If you have, and your info still isn't appearing, can you tap on Settings in the app, then Support, and choose "Yes" when it asks to send app info?  Just type in the email that you spoke to me on the site, and we will check out your app info and see what we can find.

If entering your username and password worked, please let me know.
