Hi,

Those pictures are part of a new feature we are rolling out where users can create User Profiles. This feature is rolling out forum by forum so we can test it out, right now it's out on about 30% of the forums. Once it's in a forum, you'll see on the top left hand nav, above the search bar a link for "My Profile". Click that to edit it. For more info, you can go to: http://www.medhelp.org/help/my-profile.htm.

Hope this helps and please let us know any feedback.

Yep i have uploaded a photo and all that but maybe it is because all the forums are not updated as yet.Maybe i should just try and post in one of the ones that you said to see if it does work.
take care and again thank you.

Are you able to create and save the profile?  If you are, the problem could just be that not all the forums are upgraded yet.  You should try posting in an upgraded forum (Hint: the upgraded forums have the "My Profile" link on the top right) like "Dogs" and then your username should light up.

The way to do it is:

1. Go to a forum like "Thyroid Disorders" or "Dogs"
2. At the very top right of the page, you will see a link for "My Profile"
3.  Click on that link and you should be able to create your profile
