ps-

I now have 3 of the same post wich is really stupid, so if no-one has yet responded to the second post, which is the one that is titled something like "please help" , then please deleat that one for me. Perhaps the option to delete something you post would be another website improvement.

Sorry if I'm sounding harsh, this message is directed toward the web design team!

It's just really pathetic to have to tell someone and the community that you didnt mean to give them best answer.. how humiliating.

Sorry to the innocent receptionist who gets this!! It's not directed toward you!!!

:)

Hi Steph, Thank you!

I am using a computer and I did intentionally post three of the same messages but with different titles, trying to explain to the community that I didnt meant to give the first responder best answer, because I wanted more people to respond!

But it is good you took down both as it was confusing and I'm glad they are gone. I will just maybe post again. So thank you very much for your help!! :)

Ash

ps- I was just frustrated at the time! :p

Hi again,

Just want to ask one more question.  Are you using a mobile device or a computer?

Thanks!

Hi there,

MedHelp has a staff of moderators that monitor the site and this forum.  No need to apologize to a receptionist.

However, the site didn't duplicate your posts as each one has a different title.  If it was truly a site/server issue, the same title would have duplicated along with it.  Since it has a new title, it was something that you must have entered three times.  I deleted the duplicate posts.

Also, on your other post regarding the Best Answer feature, I replied that we will pass your information on to MedHelp's team of developers who work very hard to make MedHelp user friendly and will add the wish for a delete function to that.

If we can help with anything else, please feel free to let us know.
