tracking mood fluctuations during each day

I am rapid cycling bipolar and would like to track how my mood fluctuates during each day , it can go up and down several times a day but on the tracker it looks as if it is either up or down ....it would help when showing it to my pdoc

Emily it says" time stamp" must be used ..it seems to be coming up ok so i must be doing it correctly ...it realy does help to see the changes thru the day

Are you asking about clicking specified time?  We don't have anything that says date stamp.

This tracker could definitely be modified to show the extremes in mood per day I believe, a lot like how the sleep tracker or headache trackers are instead it will show the graph between manic and depressive mood episodes.

This will help those with rapid-cycling or mixed episodes as well.
