Thanks Emily- yes, it is the blood pressure tracker. Because the add data function is not working, I go to "Actions" next to add data and scroll down to "tutorial" and go through all the "next" prompts until the last one which takes me to the "add data"- this is the only way I can add my BP readings. I hope you can help solve this as I would very much like to continue with MedHelp. Thanks, Bob
This is in your blood pressure tracker? You have loads of data already entered, so you shouldn't be getting the tutorial.

Hi- a small tag appears prompting me to enter data- When clicked, same thing happens- either nothing or the grey tinted screen appears over the entire page and page is unresponsive- so I just leave the site, log back on and enter my data through the tutorial again.
Ohh I see. What happens when you try and click directly on the date in the tracker? I've added a screen shot of what I mean, and I hope that helps.

Hi Emily- thanks for getting back.
When I click add data, a calender pops up with the correct date highlighted- when clicking the date, one of two things happen; nothing, or the entire screen greys out and everything is unresponsive...so I close out, log in again and go through the tedious tutorial route to enter my data. Still unable to add data- a calender pops up instead. The only way to add data is to meander through the tutorial prompts which finally brings you to the add data box. Is MedHelp unaware of this? This change is useless
