Are you using the Phone App. , I'm Expecting? You can't be on the mobile App. (I'm Expecting) to upload pictures. You have to be on the actual website (www.medhelp.org) to post pictures. You can go to the actual site through your phones Internet browser If your on your mobile device or on the computer. Then, when your actually one www.medhelp.org, you can post pics. Other than that, I'm not sure.
Hi - I'm sorry you're having this problem! What happens when you press the gray "Choose File" button beside the "Locate photo" prompt?
I click on upload photo,then browse,and a it says file not chosen.idk why? Is there a diff way i could upload pics?
