I'm sorry you are having problems with the app. Can you check your SD card to see if the widgets saved there? If they have, you'll need to move them to your phone. Can you check and let us know either way?
The best way to reach us is through the app- just tap on the three lines in the upper left corner of the app and scroll down to the bottom of that menu- you will see the link for 'app support'. Thanks!
