Since you are able to post in the forum, that should mean your account is still working. Try logging off and logging back on again.

After logging into your account, click the “Account Settings” link on your Home page. Click the “Notifications” link and change the e-mail address listed. Upon clicking save, a notification e-mail will be sent to the new e-mail address. Open the e-mail and click on the verification link to update the e-mail address.

If you are no longer able to log in to your account, then please send a help request using the Contact Us link below.

Thanks!

No, if you mean you just want to change the email address you gave when you joined.

All we need is a valid email address - you can change that at any time.  In case you aren't sure, just go to My MedHelp (upper right), then Account Settings (just under My MedHelp tab), then you will see your email address.  Just delete the old, and add the new, then click Save.

Let us know if you need further assistance.
