7 months of gastrointestinal symptoms and headaches

I'll be as brief as possible.  I have seen over 7 doctors and I have yet to get a diagnosis on this mysterious set of symptoms.
July 19, 2009: Three hours after eating a large meal, I felt horrible stomach pain, dizziness, headache, fast heart...i thought i was having a heart attack.
August 09:  Blood work normal. Stool samples positive for Dientamoeba Fragilis trophozoites and Endoimax Nana.
August 09:  Following meds taken:  Metronidazole (250 mg tid for 7 days), Vermox (100 mg bid for 3 days), Tetracycline (500 mg qid for 14 days...stopped on 6th day due to diahhrea and worsening of dizziness)
Paromomycin (250 mg 2 caps bid for 10 days), Yodoxin (650 mg tid for 20 days) and Vermox (200mg bid for 14 days).
August/Sept/OCt 09:  Normal/Negative:  Blood work, CT scan pelvis/abdomen, endoscopy, colonoscopy, chest x-rays, sonogram of abdomen.
November:  Comprehensive Stool Analysis at Genova Diagnostics revealed no ova/parasites but high leves (4+) of yeasts and following bacteria: Providencia alcalifaciens, Klebsiella Pneamonea and Proteus Vulgaris.
Currently seeing an infections disease dr.  Gave me Diflucan 200 mg for 14 days.  NO improvement.
Dec 09.  CMP indicates Low Anion Gap (6- normal range 10-20), Low Osmalality Calcium (271.2-normal 275-295) and high protein (8.3-normal 6.4-8.2).
Protein electro urnine shows a "faint albumin band detected on urine protein electrophoresis but no Bence Jones detected).  Stool samples show WBC's and and "abundant of usual flora".  Abdominal ultrasound normal.
Dr ordered another round of Comprehensive Stool Analysis with Genova.  I have an appt with inf dis dr on thursday.
Current GI symptoms:  Abdominal discomfort (right in the middle, slightly above belly button), stool is soft, mushy with a yellowish color on the toilet paper, persistent hunger even when eating a large meal.
Non GI symptoms:  headaches (on the back of the neck), dizziness.
I have had psoriasis for over 15 years and have been on Enbrel injections (50 mg twice weekly) for the majority of the last 5 years.  PLEASE HELP ME.

Have you been checked for Celiac Disease? You need a blood screen specific for the disease. If that turns up positive, you'll need an endoscopic biopsy. I've had three and they're no problem - ask the doc to knock you out. My symptoms for Celiac disease were all non-typical. There's a huge range of them, so you might want to have it checked.
