Dark red bumps on my penis head after protected sex

Ive been having protected sex with my gf for 6 months and like a month ago while showering after sex i noticed dark red bumps on the bottom of my penis head! Theyre not blisters and i didnt try to pop them. The next mornings i check again and half of these bumps are gone and some were still there but their color was more of like a pinkish color not dark red. It doesnt itch and i dont have pain while urinating. She gives me unprotected oral sex though! And everytime we have sex since then the same thing happens! Is that an std or a latex allergy or just some blood clots from the friction or what?!!

Not sure what do they look like. Meaning, do they have a rough texture, how large, irregular edge, do they look like a wart? If it was an allergy I would think they would itch. HPV looks like warts. It doesn't sound like an STD. Could be some kind of dermatology type thing if they don't look like warts.

No not from protected sex from oral sex.  Some people have oral HPV and don't know it. But if it doesn't look like a wart then it is some other dermatological issue.
