Do any viruses cause crepitus?

Three months ago, I engaged in oral stimulation of the nipples, hand-to-genital touching, and body-kissing/licking with a girl. There was no mouth-to-mouth kissing. Two weeks later, I was unlucky enough to suffer from migratory myalgia and arthalgia. I have since tested negative for every STD, all within their given window periods. I've also been experiencing bad crepitus (joint cracking and clicking), which is normally caused by misplaced gas, injury, or degeneration of joints over a long period of time (arthritis). My ESR and CRP are negative, meaning it's not from inflammation.  

However, are there any viruses that might cause this? It could be autoimmune but, if that were true, as a twenty year old, caucasian male living in Canada, I'd likely be the kind of rarity they write case studies about. Which leads me to think that it's viral. Any thoughts?
