Extremely High IgE count, is it parasites?

I've had a ton of symptoms going on for months now, most recently my blood was tested for IgE

Reference Range: x < or 114 kU/L
My Range: 566

Could this be related to something other than allergies?

Symptoms present

incapable of inhaling correctly, at rest or exercising. Pulmonary Function test shows normal exhale, abnormal inhale on all charts.  Obstruction suspected Chest CT throat CT and bronchoscopy were ordered, no obstruction was found.

Developed a visible pulse in epigastric region in July, two months after symptoms began. This is not normal, I can Now see my heart beat through skin 24/7. It Intensifies with exercise. At all times general discomfort, like it pressing against something or being pinched very lightly. When exercising in any manner sharp stabbing pain and like it's being squeezed.  EKG and stress normal, ultrasound of heart and AAA normal.

Random digestive issues. Gas and bloating as well as reflux. Chest xray all normal except for mildly over inflated lungs with no mass or infiltrate. Barium swallow confirmed no hiatal hernia. Upper endoscopy looked normal but eosinophilic esophagitis was found in biopsy.

Tested for lymes, tested for parasite and oval, checked pancreatic enzymes.. All normal.
All bloodwork with exception of elevated eosinophils back in may which are normal now and the elevated IgE taken in September have been normal.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
What are the symptoms present? Aside from allergy, increased  IgE may indeed suggest parasitic infection as well as atopic diseases of allergic rhinitis, asthma, and allergic dermatitis; hyper-IgE syndrome; IgE myeloma; various immunodeficiency states; cystic fibrosis; Kawasaki's;  as well as leprosy. It is best that you discuss the results with your doctor for proper evaluation. Take care and do keep us posted.
