Yes. Trichomonas is a parasite, and is an STD, and has different treatment usually than the bacteria (Ureaplasma and Mycoplasma). Was this a genital swab? If you are female Ureaplasma and Mycoplasma can be associated with Bacterial vaginitis (Or BV for short). If you were diagnosed with BV then you can get treatment for that, it is not an STD. But having multiple new sex partners can cause this sometimes. Also, it can be caused by pH change in the vagina. Some things to prevent it is to not use douches, only wash on the outside of the vagina as it is self cleaning inside. Let me know if you have any other questions. They can treat for BV. Sometimes it can come back. It will eventually resolve with treatment and avoiding cleaning the inside of the vagina. Also, some antibiotics or maybe antifungal or anti-parasite treatment may kill vaginal bacteria and offset the Ph or vaginal normal bacteria (flora). They can try non antibiotic treatments as well. I would discuss these things with your doctor.
