Treatment is probably for years, maybe lifetime. Check with an infectious disease doctor.

Usual length of treatment on your condition varies from 6 to 9 months. After that the condition should be resolved.

I should warn you that the regiment of drug administration should be followed strictly, as any type of miss-dosing may lead to resistance development or increased length of the treatment.

Talk to your doctor about the issue, he should explain everything to you in more detail.
If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to ask.

Regards, John.

P.s. In the first few weeks or a month period the condition may worsen a little, but it is common in treatment of TB lymphadenitis, do not be alarmed by it.
