Please help, unexplained symptoms!
First off I want to start at a date, Oct. 02, 2010 I had unprotected sex with a male and received rough anal intercourse and gave oral and also received oral. The man did not deposit in me (i do not know about pre ejaculate)
One month later a developed a wart on my shaft and a clearly defined ring around the head of penis, so assumed I had gotten HPV from him a month later I went to a clinic and I got tested for HIV, Gonorrhea, Syphilis and Chlamydia around this time I started having acute dull pain in my lower pelvic region and I developed a dark rash with white patches in the middle of on my outer hand and throughout the next few weeks i developed more on my other hand and wrist, they are blotchey.Around and throughout December I also started experiencing uncontrollable gas really bad odor but my stool was fine. Now I got my test results around Januay 05, it tested negative for everything. I kept experiencing this gas for a few more weeks until it stopped. Also during this period around the forskin little bumbs start to itch and be in pain for a couples seconds I have been told they are possibly sweat glands. I developed a short case of mulecoisis on the inside of my low lip in which I went to the hospital the doctor thought i had ring worm so he sent me to a dermatologist.
I went to the dermatologist for the rash on my hands and on my shaft around this time towards then of Janurary and i developed seborrhea dermatitis and broke out on my forehead really bad not pimples but what looks like eczema a few days before i saw the dermatologist she didn't know what rashes were but she prescribed things for my dermatitis, and sent me on my way.
I got tested again on March 02, exactly five months after the unprotected sex, a few days after my test I getting ready for a shower and saw a bunch of dark purple flat spots on my uppr right back i dont know how long the rash had been there but it was gone the next day. Around March 15th I got my test results back they were negative.
I still wasn't convinced but relieved a little so I think around April 15th I went to a doctor of infectious diaereses, When going there my right lymph node in my neck was swollen and the dermatitis hadn't stopped has gotten worse now on eyebrows and rashes are stll here i decried everything I described here and assuming she thought i was just worried about Hiv so she ordered a PCR and what she said was "I dont think you have HIV im doing the PCR to relieve you." A week later a got my results they were negative for HIV. But by this time I started having dull pains pretty much everywhere in my pelvic region usually after I eat and now I am not using the bathroom as much maybe twice a week and when i do my insides feel twisted like diarrhea the sometimes come out like diarrhea or really soft. And finally I recently developed some moles on my hand and fore arm seem to come out of no where, but arms and also little bumbs that look like very small blisters separated.

um in the past two week or so I have been experiencing really bad neck pain I just thought I slept on it wrong but its still there after two weeks but duller then it was. muscles are kinda sore and have been experiencing some fatigue no pain really in my knees thank you again.
Sorry noone has answered you until now. Do you have any other symptoms? sore joints(especially the knees), headache, fatigue, sore muscles,,sore stiff neck or sore eyes etc?
