Swollen face

Im having problem with my sinus. Im not ever sure if it is really is about my sinus. The swollen part is from my left cheek and under the nose. Before that im experiencing headache and toothache. Before i thought it was a migraine because when it hurts i drink cold water or soda or eat cold foods. Then there was 1 time i was pissed off with the everyday pain i went to the clinic of our office and ask for a medicine for colds. The nurse gave me the medicine i need (neozep non drowze)
Afterwards i suddenly felt relieved. I was thinking that it was about my sinus the after a day i felt not so well. I had a fever and then i started to notice that swollen part of my face and the i thought something about my tooth that its just a pus. So i took AMOX for like 3 days now and my face is getting small now and then i noticed that theres a bump inside, under my nose part. Im quite a bit worried about it because its kind of a bit painful when i touch it. can anyone tell me what this could be?

I agree. I'd say you have an abscessed tooth.

I think you need to visit the dentist.  It could be that your tooth is indeed infected and Amoxicillin for 3 days is not going to take care of that infection.  Your inability to drink or eat cold foods is an indication of a bad tooth.  These are very, very painful.  Been there and done that.  So see a dentist immediately because a non-treated tooth infection can lead to other problems.  Best of luck.
