Virus causing oral purpura, forceful heartbeats, night sweats

Hi there im a previously healthy active 30 yo male

I've been sick for three months. My first symptoms were painful lymph nodes and nights sweats with fever and diarhhra. I also developed geographic tongue. After three weeks the night sweats disappeared. but around five weeks after the illness began i started getting chest pains and heart palpitations. I also started getting blood blisters on the inside of my buccal mucosa

All symptoms come and go except the geographic tongue which is a constant. Every time the geographic tongue gets really bad I also get very fatigued, experience chills, get new blood blisters inside the mouth and get much more pronounced heart beats that I can feel all over my torso and in my throat. I can also hear my heart beat even when I'm standing up and not plugging my ears in any way. I've been tested for HIV , mono, chlamydia and gonnohrrea, all negative. ANA negative. Blood culture negative. ESR of 0. Complete blood count showed only minor irregularities which later resolved. Echocardiogram showed no sign of endocarditis. I'm still concerned about myocarditis. I have a bicuspid aortic valve and need to be careful about my heart. So these forceful beats and odd remissions of illness are driving me nuts.

I have seen dozens of doctors and no one knows the cause but a virus is suspected. I have several photos in my profile showing some of the symptoms and a few charts and graphs about my illness. Are there any other tests you'd recommend for me? Has anyone experienced a similar illness?

I am very curious about your case as I developed some strange symptoms a few weeks after a sexual exposure (swollen node in the neck and neck stiffness, followed by a painful UTI). Tested for several things but have a white coated tongue and swollen taste buds in the tip of tongue for ONE YEAR now (check my profile for photos and details).

It would be great if you can update on your case as our stories seem similar.
