low IgM and CD panel-- higher/lower

aged 58, getting recurrent infections- sinus,throat, skin low IgM like less than 26 this is going down during last year., CD panel results are high, please guide does these could go towards Cancer ,
CD3 absolute count T lymphocytes 2608,, CD45+=3611, CD4/CD8 RATIO 1.07,, IgG= 153 KU/L,  CD16/56==8.8%,328.
tired,weakness,headache, ESR always -- high 18 to 35

p.s. I didn't say go to the cancer forum because I think you have it but because they may be able to interpret the flow cytometry results. I don't know how to do that.

previous IgM was 0.30 +, now it is <0.26  ref range- 0.40 to 2.63,.Absolute lymphocyte count CD45+= 3611 REF RANGE- 1100 to 3000,
CD3+T LYMPHOCYTE COUNT= 2608 REF RANGE 600 TO 2000,,
CD8+ABSOLUTE T SUPPRESOR=1265  REF RANGE 200 TO 1100,,
CD4 CD8 RATIO= 1.07 REF RANGE 0.O7 TO  3.5,,
IgG is high 159,

Hi, do you have your normal ranges for these tests?

I only know about microbiology and infectious disease and cannot advise you on cancer. There is a cancer community if you want to write on their site.

If your IgM is low it may make you get more infections. But a lot of people get a lot of colds per year and it is normal. Going by the general rules for IgM yours isn't really that low. 29 is the low range. It doesn't mean you have cancer it can mean a lot of things. This is a question for a doctor and we are not doctors on here. What has yoru doctor said?

The ESR is a general marker for inflammation so it can mean anything. I don't know much about the flow cytometery results you gave.

The symptoms of tired weakness and headache can be a lot of things. So I can't say based on that.
