For some reason every night i stay up till 6am or 7am, and i constantly have sleepless nights, even after falling asleep at 7 ill wake up at 11am, 12pm. normally, sometimes all through till 5pm. even when i have sleepless nights, the next night i still cant sleep till around 3-4 i have 30+ hour days, and i was thinking should i get sleeping medication for this, i would honestly prefer to wake up around 7-8am then go to sleep then.
