Cant' wake up

hi, I am 20 years old and i've been having a of of trouble waking up in the morning, I don't have a problem going to sleep it's just that no matter what i do I can't seem to wake up, i have tried all kinds of alarms and they may or may not work for a day or two and then i just get used to them and it's the same thing all over again. I have a pretty steady schedule, i go to sleep no later than 12.30 and i have to be up by 6.00 am. It has even happened to me to actually get up and do something and go right back to sleep and then not remember it at all. I don't know what to do about my problem and it has been a problem for some time now.

i suggest you go to bed earlier, you need aproximately 8 hours sleep, go to bed about 8/9 ish for a week or so and then increase it to 10 and see if that helps you get into a better routine

For most people, 5.5 hours of sleep is not enough sleep. You are having a hard time waking because your brain is tellin you you need more sleep.
