Hi i am having major sleep issues with sleep seeing as i call it. I wake up and see a whole new place than i am actually in. many of them include people to talk to and objects to avoid. About 1/3 of the times this happens i always end up waking up on the floor and have walked around for who knows how long and didn't bump into anything. Some times it takes 5 seconds to finally have my room come back into vision or up to 20 minutes. i have very little stress and i do not stay up late except for some nights. Now out of everything i read i should have grown out of sleep walking being almost 16 but i read people usually remember what they did or why..... well i do. it is really strange and hard for me to focus on getting out of the dream or premonition and get back into my room. please anyone ask questions help me stop this its really bad when i cant stay awake for one period in school and all i can say is i didn't sleep well and the teacher wont care for excuses and pretty much doesn't understand what i went through the night before. me sleep walking can happen from about once a month to upwards of 3 times a week., it is becoming more predominant now. also just a side fact i have lived out a few of my sleep walks and its called dejavu but this happens at least once a week it really bothers me to sit down in class and be able to tell the person next to me what the next 4-5 events are in class before the teacher has entered the room.
