ANY IDEAS?

Hi, had 3 failed ivf attempts in last year..have severe endo(diagnised 5 yrs ago)...Tubes removed last nov due to fluid inside...every so often have old blood (not really any particular time)...just appears...had 3 laparoscopy,d&c, 3 salpingography and numerous other treatments ...now on Arvekap for 2 months...(this is my 3rd time on these inj)..Have fluid in my uterus constantly...anyone any ideas as to how to clear this fluid?? Desperate,as have to go to specialist tomorrow and if i,m not clear maybe hes going to tell me that i cant try the ivf again...:(
Had one salpingography few months ago (this is where they put the tube inside you and the medicine all round your tubes to check for damage) and it showed 2 sacs on my cesarean scar....but how to fix my problem???

hi,i did do a hysteroscopy at the beginning of the year,and although the specialist found lots of lesions,also remnants of a failed pregnancy,they did not see the sacs.It was only after this that i did the salpingography(xray of tubes,this is the 3rd one,the 2nd also showed the sacs although not clear and my gyno said was prob just fluid from the xray) that the sacs appeared clearly....specialist keeps asking about my cesarean,maybe its to do with the stitching inside.? Have appoiontment today with the specialist to scan me but although i,ve had first inj of arvekap for my endo i hadf normal period,2 days clear and then the old blood again its driving me crazy.Doctor has said his hands are tied and this really is my last chance before he will think about  letting me try ivf again...do you think if i have another hysteroscopy the sacs will show (the first time he didnt know i had them and so didnt know to look for them? In 20 yrs he never came across my prob...! Help

You may need a hysteroscopy to determine if there is anything inside the uterus causing the sacs or fluids.
