Can I still conceive with BPES

I have BPES the type which involves infertility.  I am 38 years old and would love to conceive a baby.  I have been through basic fertility screenings and tests, also many rounds of basic fertility treatments.  Is there any possiblity that I can still conceive?  The fertility doctors around me haven't even heard of BPES.  Can you give me any advice or hope?

I found more information for you on the internet:
http://www.nature.com/ng/journal/v27/n2/full/ng0201_132.html.
If you have the type of BPES that affects fertility then I presume your doctors may have told you that your ovaries are older then your age or that you have premature ovarian failure.  If you have POF then chances of fertility is low but not impossible.
Women with POF often do donor egg/IVF.
If you do not have POF and your ovaries are functioning normally then you can do fertility treatment including IVF to try to increase you chances of getting pregnant.
Thank you for you question. We as doctor always learn from our patients and as you know are grateful for your understanding that we do not know everything.

Sorry, I do not know any effect of BPES on fertility. You should speak with your geneticist.
