Can it be Menopause?

I am a 35 year old woman.  I have had a fever now for over 3 weeks. It never gets over 100.4 and sometimes just goes away.  Then it comes back and when it gets over 99.3 is when i feel very ill, tired and just feel like crud.  I don't know if maybe i could be going through menopause? Does the body temperature actually go up to give you a temperature?  I also have little red bumps on my body but have had those for like 2 1/2 months now i have assumed i am allergic to something here. I itch all the time. We just moved to Georgia from Maryland. I had a hysterectomy just my uterus back in 1999. Pre cancerous lesions were found all over my uterus when pathology was done.   I was supposed to have my ovaries removed but we had to move so i put it off so that i could help with the move. I was put on Lupron for 6 months (2 shots) to see if it would stop the large cysts from growing but they keep coming back anyway.  I don't have a way to pay for any surgery right now. Does this sound like it could be that maybe i am starting menopause or do you think it is something else?

If you are currently taking Lupron or recently been off Lupron, then all these symptoms can be from an "artificial menopausal state" from Lupron. If you are not on Lupron and because you are having heart rate issue, I suggest seeing your doctor as soon as possible. One disorder that comes to my mind is a thyroid disorder called hyperthyroidism.  I would suggest seeing a doctor as soon as possible.

ALSO

I have been having frequent bouts where my heart rate jumps over 120 beats per minute.
I was almost asleep one time and my heart rate jumped to 128 bpm.  More feelings of anxiety, having some forgetfulness and feeling of disorientation. And I don't know why but it seems i can not get a good nights sleep anymore. I wake up all hours of the night and a lot of times unable to get back to sleep. I did have very irregular periods when I had a uterus. I would get 2  sometimes more periods a month. And then there were the periods that lasted 3 months straight with spotting in between weeks. I know a woman is born with as many ova as she will ever have.  Could I have ovulated so many over the years that here now at 36 I am going through the change? Or is it normal for a 36 year old to go through the change. I know I said i was 35 in the previous post but just realized earlier today my birthday is in 8 days.

Any information or advice would be greatly appreciated

Thank Bren
