fertility pills

Hi i am 35 years old i have 2 girls first one was with insimination and then i got pregenet with the other one nine months afther the first one with no help. know i would like to know if i can just get the fertility pill to get pregenet i have been to the obgyn and all my test are fine and so are my partners what can i do to get pregenet fast. please help. thank you Lilia

You may be able to get pregnant without fertility treatment since you became pregnant with you second baby with no help. However, if you are 35 years old and you have not gotten pregnant after 6 months of trying on your own, you may need to have fertility treatment with pills--ovulation induction and insemination to speed up the likelihood of getting pregnant. I presume that your doctor has checked cycle day 3 FSH, estradiol, TSH and prolactin, your husband's semen analysis, a cycle day 21-23 progesterone level, and your tubes are open.
