To be on the safe side since you had a miscarriage, you should contact your doctor to discuss what the problem could be and to do possibly some blood tests like a blood pregnancy test called a quantitative BHCG and possibly a thyroid test called TSH. Your doctor would be able to determine if these are appropriate for you.
I wish you wellness.
Hey there, I'm not a doc, but usually bleeding between periods is not normal, but that doesn't mean something is wrong. There are so many reasons that you could do this, that you really need to ask your gynecologist. It could be implantation bleeding? Perhaps you are pregnant now and the bleeding you are experiencing is/was the egg implanting itself? I would take a home pregnancy test, and also call your doc if it continues. Also, if you are trying for a baby, keep good records of all of your periods, dates, and any bleeding in between. I recently had my second child 7 months ago. From what I know, most women will ovulate about 2 weeks , give or take , from the first day of their period (the first day of your period or the first day of bleeding, is considered day 1 of your cycle). Although this can range from day 9 or your cycle, to day 20 and even later. But the average cycle length is 28-30 days. After you ovulate, if you conceive, most times the egg will implant 6-10 days after conception. So, it might be possible that you experienced implantation bleeding, and are pregnant. I would like I said, take a test, and call the doctor, no matter what the results. Hope this helps.
